CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

📦 ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation:

  2. Provide your order number and registered email address
  3. Our team will process your cancellation request within 24 hours

Please note: Once you submit a cancellation request before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Once an order enters our shipping process and leaves our fulfillment center, it cannot be recalled or cancelled. This is because:

  • The package is already in transit with our shipping carrier
  • Shipping labels have been generated and processing fees have been incurred
  • Our logistics partners do not support mid-transit cancellations

If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, you may:

  • Refuse delivery when the package arrives (it will be returned to us)
  • Accept delivery and initiate a return under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Return Policy below)

Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Product can be opened or used (we want you to try it!)
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging (if possible)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@thecanzara.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
    • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 24-48 hours

  3. Ship Your Return: Package the product securely and ship it to the provided address

    • Please note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method


💳 REFUND POLICY

Refund Timeline:

  • Cancellation before shipment: 5-7 business days
  • Return after delivery: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Method:

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • If you paid via credit/debit card, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your bank to process the refund

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping fees (unless product arrived damaged or defective)
  • Return shipping costs (unless product arrived damaged or defective)

📋 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your CanzaraGlow product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.

What to Do:

  1. Contact us at support@thecanzara.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
  3. Include your order number

We will:

  • Send you a replacement product at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label (if return is required)

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify:

  • Shipping address (after order is shipped)
  • Product selections
  • Quantity

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@thecanzara.com before your order ships.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for cancellation. However, if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your package, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package:

  • We will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
